When Billy and I founded Reunion, we chose to build a different kind of startup: profitable without investor pressure, driven by long term strategy, and at the center of the energy transition.
Reunion has been strongly profitable since 2024. We have repaid our single $3 million seed round with interest. As a result, Reunion has a single class of shares, with full alignment of interests between founders, investors and employees.
Our capitalization and profitability enables focus on long-term strategy. While we may not have blue chip VC’s to pub our brand, or splashy fundraising announcements, Reunion offers its employees something more unique: the freedom to focus on initiatives that build an enduring business.

Reunion helps clean energy developers and manufacturers access financing to build critical infrastructure. We do this in two ways: we work with Fortune 1000 taxpayers to invest in clean energy by purchasing clean energy tax credits, and we protect the full value of those tax credits by ensuring compliance with IRS requirements.
