Accelerating investment into clean energy

The nationwide transition to clean energy requires a significant increase in capital to fund new projects. Reunion works with leading US corporations to invest in clean energy through the purchase of tax credits. Our compliance software also ensures that clean energy companies comply with tax credit rules, including prevailing wage requirements.

Get Started

The foundation for Reunion was laid in 2008, when co-founders Billy Lee and Andy Moon first started working together.

They pioneered early solar financing structures with tax equity and private equity investors, leading some of the first solar transactions with institutions such as US Bank, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.

While the clean energy industry has grown exponentially since then, the complexity of financing has always been a bottleneck to innovation and growth. We founded Reunion to direct a wider pool of investors towards clean energy through a faster and more efficient investment process.

Today, Reunion is the leading platform for clean energy tax credits and compliance, having led over $8 billion in transactions since 2024.  We work with dozens of the largest companies in the US, and have led multiple complex deals over $1 billion in volume.

What sets us apart is our rigorous Reunion Transaction Process (RTP). We are deeply involved in every step of the tax credit transaction process, from securing tailored credits and negotiating contracts, to digging deep into due diligence and meeting compliance requirements.
